After working for other computer related companies for many years, Cayloma "Cayce" Sebek, struck out on her own, in January 1995, founding Technology Solutions, Inc (TSI). The company began operating out of the basement of her home in Chesterfield, Missouri. In March 1997, TSI moved to it’s current location in Chesterfield Valley. The company now employs more than a dozen people in St. Louis and LA.

In 1989, Cayce was the one of the first women to graduate with a degree in Computer Electronics from the Baton Rouge School of Computers in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A Native American proud of her Cherokee heritage, Cayce’s hard work and determination is resulting in a successful, awarding-winning company. In the short six years TSI has been in business serving government clients, prime contractors and Fortune 1000 companies, the company and Cayce have received numerous recognitions and certifications:
